With my extensive background in the design and facilitation of leadership interventions, I create the space to reflect, dig deep and achieve outcomes that drive performance and personal growth.

My passion is to meet the challenge of achieving meaning and purpose whilst delivering outstanding business performance. I’m a business coach and mentor with over 30 years’ leadership experience; from leading specialist teams to corporate board roles. This balance helps me to blend the latest thinking in personal and organisational development with the pragmatism of a commercial career spanning diverse cultures and sectors.
